Bayindalai is a native of China’s Xinjiang province, and growing up in the rugged terrain of Western China’s grasslands has given him an inner toughness and never-say-die attitude that he brings to every fight. He comes from a Sanda background, and his impressive timing and rapid hand speed make him an incredibly technical striker, capable of picking apart almost any opponent on their feet. After winning the Beijing Sanda Championship in 2008, Bayindalai began training in Brazilian Jiujitsu to develop his ground-fighting skills, since which he has made an impressive transition to MMA, including winning the UMAC Bantamweight Championship in 2009.
